More often than not, we argue with people not so close to us, and quarrel with our loved ones because a quarrel involves emotions. Only uncivilized and mindless people go around quarreling with anyone. However, there are times when an argument turns into a quarrel.Monday, October 8, 2007

uncivilized.....Low EQ will be more suitable...i think. Same people can not manage their temper doesnt mean their are uncivilized. There are many reasons that a person lost their mind but their may not mindless. Why dont look at the other side?
