Energy vs Chances

First Law of Thermodynamics:
Energy cannot be created or destroyed; it can only be converted from one form to another.

Inspired by the first law of Thermodynamics, I came up with;

Hanjin's Second Law:
Chances cannot be converted from one form to another. They can either be created or destroyed.

James Prescott Joule first laid down the foundation of the first law of thermodynamics, saying that heat and work are mutually convertible, through his extraordinary series of experiments.

It is scientifically proven that energy can only be converted from one form to another. It can neither be created nor destroyed. As for me, chances appears be the exact opposite. For example, when you have a chance in your career, it is impossible for you to convert the chance to other aspects of your life, e.g your lovelife. Some chances are opened by luck or coincidents, but we can still create chances on our own effort. In the same way, chances can also be destroy my ourselves or people around us too. While the amount of energy in the universe is constant, chances are infinite. It all depends on whether we choose to create or destroy it, grab it or lose it.
