Our 3 Days 2 Nights packageat Pulau Redang was due. Willing or not, we have to leave.
One last look at the island as we leave.
We were speeding our way back to the mainland.
I took a seat on the bonnet of the boat engine. Everything went fine, until when my butt seems to feel hot, and hotter. I couldn’t stand it anymore, the boat was trying to barbeque my ass man~! And then our boatman and his assistant whispered something to each other.
Yup. The engine was overheating. It appeared that one of the tubes in the engine (or what ever it is), was punctured, hence obstructing the engine’s cooling system.
We were stranded in the middle of the sea. The boat was see-sawing none stop. Sure enough, there were people who panicked at first. But calmed down after observing our boatmen fixing the engine. Eventually, some of us became grumpy, while few turns pale because of sea-sickness. Many boats passed by. Few offered help but our boatmen were confident enough to handle the situation on their own. With their experience and the tools on board, they revived the boat after about half-an-hour. Our ride was resumed and were we too glad to see land again~
This is the person I wish to thank, See Wane a.k.a Rooney Lam, for taking the trouble organizing this trip for us. Yes, as you can see,…she’s one hell of a clown. Haha~ No offends~
