It was the 17th of February 2006. Our residential block in UPM is organizing a farewell dinner for the final year seniors. And hence, we as the juniors of the block have no choice but to pay RM20 and attend this event to show our support for the seniors.

However, my short-lived joy died out very very soon as I unwrapped the gift. It was the hideous clock I’ve ever seen.
Getting a clock (zhong) for lucky draw? Oh My Goodness! Fortunately, I’m not a very superstitious person, or else this will be a real taboo for me. And hence, that was it, my first time getting “lucky-drawed”.
